當談及空間使用上的需求，設計者感於具都會型態、事業有成的女屋主，希冀有一處休憩兼具工作機能的生活空間。 由於屋主本身從事股票教學，擁有「股市女王」頭銜的屋主，本身希望空間落實精品概念，在房數及機能規劃上，著重於工作層面，加上諸多友人及上課會員，時常到訪，設計師在公共區域透過大面開窗，引進自然光線，毫無遮蔽的戶外景色讓視線得以延伸。 When it comes to the need for space use, designers understand that the homeowner with metropolitan forms and successful careers has a desire to have a living space with both rest and work functions.
